District and World Vision Rwanda Forge Strategic Partnership to Boost Community Well-being
On this Wednesday June 18, 2025, In a show of strong collaboration, Kayonza District and World Vision Rwanda convened a strategic planning meeting aimed at enhancing the delivery of key community programs WASH, education, child protection, livelihoods, and resilience.
The meeting served as a platform to align priorities and jointly design impactful initiatives that will improve the quality of life for residents, particularly the most vulnerable. A key focus was placed on coordinated behavior change campaigns that support community health, education, child development, and family welfare.
The District Mayor John Bosco Nyemazi, commended the initiative and praised the ongoing collaboration between the District and development partners.
“For us to make lasting impact, our efforts must be aligned with the District Development Plan and truly responsive to what our communities need most,” he said.
This renewed partnership is expected to strengthen the planning and implementation of people-centered programs, with an emphasis on sustainable development and inclusive growth.
